  • Lithium Battery: Our lithium batteries are included in the warranty. If the battery malfunctions, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
  • Heater Element: The heater element is covered under the warranty. If it fails during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions.

How to Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process and ensure a quick resolution.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement as described above. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
